With Covid 19 restrictions and regulations in place we are doing our best with what limited staff we have available. Also working to keep from cross contamination with less service contact. Took 20min to get into our room. The door handle was broken. After enter our room we noticed it was already occupied, with roaches. The sheets were brown. They also had hair everywhere. There was no base boards or trim in the entire room. How can anyone charge for a room like that?

I never write reviews, this is in fact, my first review. I am writing it for those who have small children or babies. First of all, the place should just be closed down. When we entered our room we immediately saw 4 roaches , walked into the bathroom 5 roaches . My son then laid on the bed and he saw a roach on the headboard. I told the front desk people and they ignored me and told me the roaches and bugs were coming from outside, handed me roach killer spray and sent me away. After seeing more roaches and brown stains on the sheets and walls they finally switched our room. The room we were switched to was still infested so we decided to leave.

No room service in the 5 nights that I was there. Paint was peeling off the walls. Refrigerator did not seal and leaked every night. Killed 2 or 3 spiders a night. This place seemed like a studio apartment complex than a motel.

Outside and inside not clean

There were items on the floor on day one and the floor wasn't swept or clean during my four day stay. The cover wasn't cleaned on one day and had something sticky on bed cover. I never received replacement hand towels after day one. There were days I didn't receive soap. The bathroom in lobby area was nasty? With wet paper by doors! The outside of the hotel resembles a poorly maintain crack house with trash everywhere. My last night I slept at a friends house! I will never even go near this place!

If price is your only deciding factor..

Arrived around 6pm. It appears that lots of people live at the place. It has a seedy feel to it. There was a large insect (the jumping kind) on the bed and promptly smashed it with my shoe. There was hair on all the towels. The floors are covered in hairs which lead me to believe they don't vacuum often. The chain connecting the toilet handle to the drain plug in the back tank must have been too long since in order to actually flush it, you were lifting the top bowl cover with the handle. On the door is a warning stating that you should use the deadbolt and bar for your own safety while you sleep. If these things don't bother you, then go ahead and stay here. It was the cheapest around but I felt I overspent for what I got.
