Enjoy the main 1st floor of this waterfront cottage just outside of Annapolis, MD with breathtaking views of the South River.

Walk out the door to the water's edge. Unplug and relax or utilize an office with a view for any computer or writing needs.

The space
This is a beautifully renovated century old waterfront cottage at the edge of the South River with views of Annapolis! Easy access to rt2/Solomons Island Road to travel into downtown Annapolis and Annapolis City amenities. Grocery store (Giant), Coffee (Starbucks, Rise Up and Dunkin Donuts) and restaurants are less than 1 mile away!

The whole primary floor is offered for this property to include the main guest room and full bathroom. A 2nd floor bedroom with 1/2 bath attached is also available. Add up to 2 additional sleeping options (work with the property owner, additional fees for additional sleeping spaces).

The community has full amenities available to renters: community beach, playground, 2 docks/piers.
(access to kayak and/or SUP can be discussed with the owner on case by case basis)
