Room smelled moldy and was very damp. Ceiling was so low it felt like being in a basement. Could touch ceiling with palm of my hand and it was actually coming undone in one spot, was buckling. Realized before booking it was an older building but the noise level was awful. Ground floor is not appropriate for guests in my opinion and not worth the +$629 price. No amenities kit, no simple items like shower caps. No DND for door. Cleaning team left supplies in our room. Staff wasn't trained or on boarded. Didn't know menu items. Coffee bar in morning had cold coffee and never replenished unless you asked. Just messy and not a well run establishment. It's more of an influencer type spot for photo oops of the lobby and beyond that it's shabby chic at best.

The Hotel is absolutely gorgeous and clean...the staff goes out of there way to help in any way they can. We were upgraded and appreciated all the staff that went about and beyond to make my week of my Fiances Birthday as well as helping me as I lost my mom a few months ago and was able to relax and enjoy some down time. I HOPE TO BE BACK SOMESAY !
