Great place inside and out. 6 bedroom home. Beautiful landscaped yard. Privacy trees surround back yard. Attached 2 bay garage, basketball hoop in tar driveway. Large modern kitchen and living area. Excellent WI-FI throughout house, central AC, 2nd living room upstairs. Surround sound tv with stereo speakers inside and out. Covered front porch and back sundeck with pool. Wonderful master suite on 1st floor with 5 LARGE bedrooms upstairs. Total 2 king and 4 queen beds. Close to town and the beaches, the road connects to the Bike Path, this home is a perfect vacation destination.

We rented this house for the week and it was excellent for our needs. There was plenty of space, rooms, and bathrooms available for our large group. The backyard space was beautiful, and the pool was much larger than expected. All of the rooms and bathrooms were very clean, and check in/check out was easy. The only thing is to bring extra toilet paper because there wasn’t enough available for the group, but there’s a store nearby where you can purchase extra.

This house was very comfortable and spacious. The family room kitchen area was great for family activities. Deck, pool and grill got a lot of use from us, and the front porch was a nice, shady escape. We all loved the outdoor shower with good hot water and pressure. It's a great location with easy access to Jaws bridge, Edgartown, South Beach and Morning Glory farm. In addition, the owner, who lives nearby, was very responsive and helpful. Highly recommend!

Perfect Large Family Property

What a wonderful home to rent. There were 12 of us from grandparents, kids and grandkids. Plenty of room for everyone not to be on top of each other. Home owner Doug, couldn't be more easy to reach when there was an issue. Perfect location with easy access to the beaches and towns. Would love to come back again!

Clean, convenient and communicative

Doug was a great host. House was clean and ready for our staff who found the house perfect for their work trip with plenty of room for everyone to have their private space and collaboration space. We’d return if given the chance.

Family able to spread out depending on needs.

Initially rented a home about 12 months before /then got a call from the first owner that their home had been damaged by renters two weeks before we were to rent and cancelled. VRBO and this final manager were very helpful.

Great family location

We stayed in a group of six adults and four small children. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. There were múltiple places to sit both inside and outside. The kids loved playing in the safe front and back yards. We used the kitchen and back yard barbecue quite a bit, and also the laundry room. The location is great for sightseeing, Overall it was surprisingly comfortable for so many people. Highly recommended!

Tucked away but close to amenities Edgartown and Beach

Spacious property, tucked away and private, but close enough to town and beaches. Pool and hot tub a plus. Great staging ground for cycling access to bike trails and access to other towns. Deck excellent for family dinners on gas grill. Would recommend highly and rent again.

Family vacation rental

Our family thoroughly enjoys staying at this property. It is convenient to the grocery store and within walking distance to State beach. The house has ample bedrooms for our large family, good kitchen and the pool is great to have-especially these past 2 hot weeks. The owner is easy to reach.

Hidden gem on Martha’s Vineyard

We’ve stayed at several properties on Martha’s Vineyard in the past and this hands down has been the best so far! Property was extremely clean, well maintained, and very spacious. Kitchen is well stocked. Our kids LOVED the pool, basketball hoop, and fire pit for s’mores. Also has a nice hot tub which we did not use. Has a lovely front porch for relaxing. Beach chairs and towels provided, no umbrellas. Short drive to Edgartown and other towns. Will absolutely be back!

Family vacation

My adult siblings, spouses, nieces and I enjoyed a wonderful week at this amazing rental. It was very clean, and had everything we needed including a fully stocked kitchen so we were able to cook for many of our meals. The pool, hot tub and large yard were great for warm afternoons. The location is excellent- central to beaches and downtown Edgartown. We hope to be able to rent this property again!

Great House in Edgartown!

This house is quite spacious and is in close proximity to State Beach. The bedrooms are all quite large and was ideal for three families that recently stayed. The kitchen was so great and well stocked with pans that we found ourselves cooking there quite a bit. There are not any supplies such as foil, storage bags, etc. so either bring from home or be prepared to purchase on the island. The pool and patio are great additions to this house. Also, the mudroom was a fantastic place to leave beach bags without the need to bring them into the house. We had an issue with the downstairs AC not working but Doug, the owner, came over right away and was very quick to place window units throughout the first floor until he could get a serviceperson out to take a look.

Our happy place

This was our second stay at this beautiful house, and our son was ready to sign a ten-year lease! It’s impeccably clean, beyond spacious , and have everyone space to be in their own and to gather. The owners thought of everything we might need and then some. The size of the house and it’s amenities — pool, outdoor shower, big porch AND deck, etc — absolutely saved us with four little ones during a rainy/foggy week. And the owner could not have been more responsive to our needs. We absolutely loved our stay. Thank you, Doug!!

Fantastic

This home exceeded our expectation. The owner is so accommodating, making sure he is available if we needed anything. Upon arrival the first thing we all noticed was how immaculate this home was. Cleanliness and sanitation are always the most important feature when staying in a rental, and during Covid days, even more so important. We were all blown away at the level of perfection everything was for us. The house is so spacious yet very cozy all together. The back yard is huge with lots of room for kids to play.. my sons favorite feature was the basketball hoop! The owner keeps the pool and hot tub sparkling clean. Overall our stay was wonderful. Would definitely stay again.

Excellent Location and House

This house was perfect for all our needs. It is extremely large with big open rooms and plenty of space for our group. It has 2 living areas which is a bonus too. We drank coffee every morning on the front wrap around porch that had plenty of seating...and wild life too! The pool, hot tub, grill, large deck area with fireplace and outdoor furniture made for perfect afternoon and evenings spending time together. The kitchen is big and fully stocked with everything you need and there are plenty of bathrooms and a fabulous outdoor shower we took advantage of too! Doug the owner was awesome! He answered all our questions and was easy to get a hold of when we needed something. The house is super close to Edgartown and all it has to offer and close enough to the rest of the Island. We'd stay here again for sure!

Perfect for families

We are a family of 6 with kids ages 5 to 15, spent a week, we enjoyed every minute. Everyone enjoyed the outside with the pool, tub, grill, fire pit.. outside shower is great when coming back from the beach. And the inside is awesome, great kitchen and plenty of rooms, space, showers. The perfect house for a perfect family stay

Spacious, comfortable and well-appointed home

There were 12 people in our group-8 adults and 4 children. The 6 bedrooms accommodated all of us nicely. The house was very clean upon arrival and easy to maintain during our stay. Bed linens and towels were provided (including 5 nice beach/swim towels), which reduced what we needed to bring. The kitchen was well stocked, he outdoor deck was ample size for all of us to enjoy lunch and dinners outside and the pool provided respite from the heat when we weren’t at the beach. The house is located about a mile from Stop & Shop and about 2 miles from State beach. Doug, the owner was readily available for anything we needed and was easy to contact. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our Vineyard vacation in this house and look forward to staying again next year. We highly recommend this house-especially for a large group.

Perfect house for us!

We stayed at this house with another family, 4 adults, 4 teenagers, and the space was perfect. Each teen had their own room with a common space to hang out in away from the adults. The main level had a spare room with desks for those who need to check-in with work to do so away from everyone. The dining room was perfect for game nights. We cooked several nights including a full seafood dinner in the well equipped kitchen. The mud room was perfect for us to store all our beach stuff and not track sand everywhere. The pool, hot tub and fire pit are great to wrap up a beach day. The owner was accessible but not at all intrusive, considering he lives right next door. All in all, we had a great vacation and would definitely book this property again.

Spacious, comfortable ... just about perfect!

This is a beautiful home in an extremely convenient location on the Vineyard -- one of our family's favorite places! It was more than large enough for us to enjoy a week with our two children, their spouses, and one baby each. Huge bonuses that weren't really part of the description were the extra room off the living room -- we used it as a playroom/office -- the hot tub and the fire pit, which was the perfect gathering spot after the babies were asleep. There were also several toys (balls, toddler basketball hoop, hockey sticks) and more beach equipment that we expected (a couple of chairs and some towels had been mentioned, but there's also a beach tent, goggles, big shovels). The home too is very well-equipped with everything we needed other than baby equipment (although we wish we had known that the only coffeemaker required K-cups.) Our host, Doug, lives next door, and was very responsive to every question and our few concerns. We appreciated his help in every way! We enjoyed a truly wonderful, relaxing, family-filled week and would certainly return to this property in the future!

Very nice rental house for a large family

My family thoroughly enjoyed this house. It was spacious, clean and very well-appointed. All 6 bedrooms were large and comfortable. A large mud room allowed a place to leave sandy beach items and not track sand into the house. And- the above-ground pool was very appreciated- serving to cool off after long, hot days at the beach. The location was great- close enough to the beach and in towns. My family love this house and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.
