Collier Terrace offers a great opportunity to stay centrally in Echuca with everything at your fingertips! Convenience, privacy, and security. Enjoy the benefits of living right in town where you can stroll to the cinema, walk to the shops, enjoy eating out in the local cafes, restaurants, and a short walk to the port of Echuca.

The kitchen, dining and living is a great combination of an open plan style to enjoy and not feel separated from guests. The kitchen includes a dishwasher, gas cooktop, fan forced oven, nespresso machine and has lovely views out to the front courtyard.

There are two generous sized bedrooms with built-in robes, several split systems in the home keeping it cool in summer and warm in winter. There is a sofa bed in the lounge room.

The bathroom has a shower and a bath

At the rear is another courtyard to entertain in and enjoy your private sanctuary. There is also a secure lock-up remote garage.

Everything is on your doorstep, literally. From the front courtyard with the towering palms enter into your lovely cosy townhouse. Surprisingly, it is of generous proportions.
