Genießen Sie schöne Tage im Kaiserhaus mit Garten & wunderbarem Blick auf die Berge.
Ein 200 Jahre altes Holzhaus wurde hier in der Nähe abgetragen und neben meinen Haus wieder aufgebaut.
Das neue (alte) Holzhaus wurde sehr ökologisch und auf neuestem Stand wieder hergerichtet.
Die Kaiserlounge wurde fast nur mit altem & neuem Holz ausgekleidet - man sieht noch die alte Handwerkskunst.
Dennoch ist auch das Moderne wie Beamer, Alexa Sprachsteuerung eingebaut.
Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung.

"in wenigen Minuten erreichen Sie die Autobahn A93, von dort sind Sie in ca. 20 Minuten in der schönen Inn-Stadt Rosenheim, in ca. 50 Minuten in München oder Salzburg. Kufstein ist nur ca. 15 Autominuten entfernt. In Ebbs haben Sie eine Bäckerei, eine Metzgerei sowie mehrere Lokale zur Auswahl.

Ich muss drauf hinweisen, dass laute Musik und lauter Lärmen nicht erlaubt sind. Das Kaiserhaus liegt in einer idyllischen, wunderschönen Region und Wohngegend und alle wollen sich Entspannen und Ruhe haben und finden. Dafür ist auch mein Haus bekannt - zum Erholen, Entspannen und Wohlfühlen

Der nächste Bahnhof Kufstein ist mit dem Auto nur ca. 12 Minuten entfernt. Von dort aus erreichen Sie alle großen Städte München, Innsbruck, Salzburg bequem per Zug. Die nächste Bus-Station ist in ca.15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen."

Wir haben uns mit unseren zwei Hunden super wohl gefühlt! Die Wohnung ist wirklich toll, eine Kombination aus alten erhaltenen und restaurierten Materialien und vielen modernen Raffinessen (Beamer, Dampfsauna, Sauna im Garten, Infrarotkabine, ...).Ein Highlight sind auch die frischen Eier, die man sich täglich bei den Hühnern selbst holen darf.Harald ist ein sehr netter und unkomplizierter Vermieter, der hilfsbereit ist und mit dem man sich gerne mal unterhält.Wir werden bei Gelegenheit gerne wieder vorbeikommen.
