The house is very close to Boat Meadow Landing - a great bayside beach and Rock Harbor Beach. We`re also close to several other options on the bay side (First Encounter Beach, Skaket Beach, Cole Beach) and on the more spacious ocean side (Coast Guard Beach, Nauset Light Beach, Nauset Beach, Marconi Beach)!

The garage is not available for use. There is a separate apartment on the property, located above the garage. A tenant lives there and does not have any access to the main house, which you will be renting.

Ample room for parking in the driveway for vehicles. While we are not far from many great attractions, having a car is recommended for this location.

All pets must be approved in advance of your booking. We have a $125 pet fee. Animals not allowed on the furniture or beds.

Please be respectful of the decor and the space itself. We`ve put a lot of time and energy into making and keeping this home beautiful, if you ruin something or break our house rules we will keep your security deposit.
