On the ocean side of the street sits this beautifully updated cottage with granite counters, stainless steel appliances and a comfy living room. The cottage has central A/C and an additional loft space for sleeping.

Outside; you will find a private deck with picnic table a charcoal grill and an outdoor shower with changing area. Use the association pathway to access your place in the sun by day and a seat by a bonfire at night - less than 100 feet from your door. What is not to love?

Tremendous!

This cottage is beautifully decorated and furnished. The beds were comfortable and my family of 5 did not feel crowded in the least. The deck and out door shower area are well done as well. The property is right on the beach with easyaccess. I didn't want toleave!

Cute and comfy beach cottage

Enjoyed the cottage it was clean and comfortable. Bed was comfy and the living area was very relaxing. Nice to be so close to beach. Some extra blankets might be nice for sitting on the couch and some kitchen towels would be nice Really enjoyed our time there.

Comfortable and Relaxing

Great location and well thought out for a small space. My family of 4 was comfortable and never felt over crowded. The location is amazing with the beach right over the dune.

Great Cabin

Property was exactly as pictured and described in the listing. Thoughtful amenities provided by the host, including charcoal & lighter fluid for the grill. Flashlight and lobster pot, basically everything needed for a wonderful vacation. The listing does show a check-out time of 11:00, though the paperwork from the Real Estate Company states 10:00. Other than that, a great property and vacation.
