Rooms are filled of mold! I came with my sister and our kids we had 2 rooms. We where there under 24 hours my sister had headaches I am a asthmatic so I was having trouble breathing and the kids were also coughing by the time we noticed the mold the damage was done Was promised a refund from the Manager now they’re denying the refund hanging up on me transferring my calls and not being helpful. This is all due to them being closed in the next month. This hotel is no longer gonna be open anymore so they could care less about their customers, their reputation or the reviews this was told to me by staff in the hotel that the housekeepers are no longer doing there jobs Because they were laid off! Stay away from this place my next stop is calling the board of health!

I found bugs crawling on my bag in the morning. Overnight it sounded like a helicopter landing above me if that was HVAC or elevator. It was loud and ongoing Staff was friendly

Parking was great and the room was beautiful. The location was perfect! There were a few small things that need to be attended to. The toilet paper roll holder was broken as well as one of the handles on the closet. There was no soap in the shower dispenser and the toilet kept making a hissing noise, (almost like flushing but not as loud), all night. Luckily, none of these things was a dealbreaker. My stay was very nice, otherwise.

The mattress on the bed was HORRIBLE, sunk in during my stay! The room was also outdated and the carpet dirty in some areas taped! Will not be staying there again! Also, the food in the restaurant is disgusting.

Very pleasant mat at the desk. We went to our room which had not been cleaned. He was apologetic and gave me a new room. So I did not get the corner city view I requested. The room was fine just not as ordered
