The space
Located in the trendy Springs district of East Hampton, this 4BR / 3.5BA stunner features over 2200 square feet, with modern chic furnishings, a grand first-floor master suite with two closets, dual vanity and walkout to the outdoor deck and new outdoor Jacuzzi.

The open floor plan offers a spacious living room, dining area, and open kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and natural light flowing through the windows. The second floor has a common area, perfect for an in-home office. The second floor has two large bedrooms with a shared bath, second-floor laundry, and the third bedroom with a well-appointed en suite bath.

Out back enjoy exquisite landscaping, heated saltwater pool with separate bluestone patio for lounging. This getaway is just a short distance from the Clearwater Beach Association members only beach which offers boat slips, kayak and paddle storage, and a calm, sandy bay beach.
