Double charged at different rates, very disappointing I had a very frustrating experience with this hotel. I was charged twice for the exact same room, and to make matters worse, the two charges were at different rates. There was no clear explanation, no prior notice, and resolving it has taken far more time and effort than it should. This is basic billing accuracy, and it was completely mishandled. When you’re travelling, the last thing you want is to discover unexpected charges and then have to chase them down after checkout. This experience has seriously damaged my trust in this hotel. I would strongly recommend checking your final bill very carefully if you stay here. I won’t be returning.

1. Booked and paid a room for 3, but the room was not set for 3. Only 2 sets of towels and cups provided as usual. Called for more towels, accepted but not delivered. I personally needed to go to front desk to ask for it. 2. Safe was broken and not lockable 3. TV keeps flashing up with setup screen, still watchable though 4. Can't charge any electronic devices at bedside table, because all power connections were originally unplugged as we checked in 5. faucet at restroom sink was loosen, so we need to use 2 hands to open/close the faucet
