Soweit mit Check-in und Aufenthalt alles o.k., Vermieterin hat sich bemüht, kleinere Probleme unverzüglich zu beseitigen.Nicht zutreffend ist die Beschreibung als ruhig. Den Lärm der Straßenbahn (U-Bahn) hört man. Dafür nur wenige Minuten zur Haltstelle.
