Warm room.

Room was basic. Clean and the bathroom/shower was nice. The actual room was very warm with the window shut (no air con or fans). Room was noisy with the window open, so i struggled to sleep. Bed was average, but the pillow (as with most German hotels) was an awful, soft, giant square. No idea why these caught on. They offer no support to the head or neck. Staff were friendly. They initially charged me again for the room (when i had already paid on hotels.com). When I realised and pointed this out they were apologetic and sorted the issue. Honest mistake, but check whether you've paid the balance before you arrive as this is obviously a flaw in their system. Breakfast ok. Not much choice of hot food. Just some eggs and scrambled eggs. Some cheese, ham and bread. Cereal and fruit juice. That was about it.

Great room

Room was spacious, there was no air conditioning or portable fan so in the warm weather it got quite hot. One of our rooms was located on the Main Street which was quite noisy. But the room on the car park side was really quiet. The receptionist was so helpful and helped us out several times, the lift was quite small so if you have a lot of luggage be prepared to carry it up stairs or run up the stairs to meet the lift with your luggage. We would definitely stay again if we were in the area.

Economical option for an overnight stay

Clean rooms, and friendly staff. If you need an economical room for an overnight stay in Dusseldorf, this is a good option... just don't expect any extras. And if you don't plan on having a rental car, be advised that taxi fare is very high and there isn't much within walking distance of the hotel.

Nice small Hotel in North Düsseldorf

The hotel is clean and good for a 1-2 day stay as a business trip with very low prices. There is also a parking lot directly behind the hotel. Very friendly people at the front desk an average breakfast buffet for a price of only 6 euros.

Airport Overnight

This is a very good deal, pricewise. The rooms are clean and the staff is friendly, but the amenities are few. Biggest drawback for those looking for an overnight while changing planes in Duesseldorf is the 50 Euro taxi fare for a three mile round trip from airport. Hotel is also in an industrial area devoid of restaurants in walking distance.
