Beautiful comfortable Art Deco House in a suburban area on the hill overlooking Dunedin.
A three minute drive to the center of Dunedin, plus only a 1 minute drive to Rosyln Supermarket and cafe area.

A sunny nice quiet location, but yet very close to the center to Dunedin.

Across the road is a 9 hole golf course with a $15 honesty box. A set of golf clubs come with the house. Very relaxed course. Perfect for beginners and pros alike.

Dreamy!

Thanks so much for a lovely stay. House was immaculate and had a lovely vintage vibe, whilst feeling crisp and fresh. This worked well for us as we were in town at a vintage dance exchange. 100% going to stay again.

A Highgate Hideaway

The hideaway is close enough to town to feel urban yet far enough away to provide panoramic views over the golf course, harbour and sea. The house warm and inviting and Walkable to the highgate road and the Roslyn centre. The proximity to the town belt make bird 🦅 life abundant.

Relax in rooms and a view

The property is a really fantastic place with great character to spend with some family . So much within easy distance but also lovely and private with great views Ross the golf course . Everyone relaxed immediately

Wonderful home away from home

What a lovely place to stay. It was so easy to get to central Dunedin, and the house had all the comforts of home, with more elegance. Beautiful views and a stunning garden just topped it off.
