The staff were lovely, the bedroom temperature was too cold it didn’t help that the maid/cleaner left the bedrooms windows wide open on our 2nd day having complained the 1st day about the temperature. The studio suite was great it had all you needed. Breakfast was chaotic there was 1 member of staff who was trying to do everything! The coffee machine was broken lack of plates etc but there was a good selection of products on offer. I am not sure that we would return.

Staff great, from receptionists to cleaning & breakfast staff friendly & helpful. The room thermostats were on a timer & we had to get a heater from reception to heat the room?? We went for a meal in Daisy Taskers Restaurant as we’d booked in 1915hrs on 31/12 for our meal. Between the starters & main courses there was 2/3rds of menu was off as they’d run out of most of items like fish or the beef item. We were offered fish cakes as replacement. There was people booked into the restaurant until 2100hrs. What a disappointment & normally I would have left & went elsewhere but it being Hogmany slim chances. Small dogs are allowed but labs, retrievers & weimeraners not small dogs. On top of that allowed only in the suites but still appeared in breakfast areas & also eating area at the bars. Either staff don’t want to instruct people to remove dogs from eating areas or people not being instructed to keep dogs in their rooms plus barking at each other in eating areas not best. It was a nice place could be better but really have to do better with heating

The room was clean and spacious, but found the pillows incredibly uncomfortable. Liked having a kitchen. Breakfast wasn’t great. Wasn’t keen on my credit card being swiped on check in. Don’t agree with that policy.
