Newhall Gardens - Botanical Bliss

Newhall Gardens is a beautifully designed three bedroom home located in the sought after West End of Dundee. Combining generous living space with modern comforts and a peaceful setting, the property offers an ideal base for families, friends or couples visiting the city.

On arrival, guests benefit from a private driveway providing convenient off street parking. Inside, the home has been thoughtfully arranged to create a welcoming and comfortable environment, with bright living spaces and carefully chosen furnishings throughout.

The property has three spacious bedrooms. Two rooms feature super king beds, while the third includes a king size bed. The main bedroom also benefits from an en suite bathroom with a freestanding bath, separate shower and underfloor heating, along with a walk in wardrobe. Patio doors from this room open onto a small outdoor seating area, ideal for a quiet morning coffee.

A modern main bathroom serves the rest of the home and includes a walk in shower and underfloor heating.

The living spaces are flexible and well suited to both relaxing and socialising. A separate lounge offers a quiet place to read or unwind, while the heart of the home is the bright open plan kitchen and dining area. Excellent 5 Star Accomodation

Stayed with elderly parents to visit family in the area. The house looked lovely in the photos and was better in real life. Beautiful inside and out, with everything you could wish for and more. Close to Dundee and the shops with plenty of space inside and out the house for a family of 4 - 6 to each have their own space. Accommodating of our needs and great communication prior to arrival I would highly recommend and we would definitely return to this beautiful home.
