Beautiful location, beautiful scenery. Booked primarily for the central air, but it was not working. Central air was set at 65 and it was reading between 72 and 75 the entire time. Reached out to the host and was told someone would be out soon to fix it, we were there four days and no one ever came to fix the AC unit. Had to purchase fans for the upstairs due to the extreme heat. Was told we would get reimbursed for the fans, and that never happened. Was told we would get a discount for our inconvenience that also never happened. A lot of odds and ends that were not as described, which was very disappointing. Definitely will not be staying here again. Have reached out to the host several times now and I am getting no response at all.
