Located a short drive (2.4km) from Pilot Beach, a safe swimming beach, and Wash House Beach, this home is ideally situated for coastal adventures. Enjoy leisurely strolls along the picturesque Camden Haven River or embark on a hike up to Kattang Nature Reserve Perpendicular Point. The property features an open-spaced living with two dining areas, loungeroom and kitchen. An extensive deck with a BBQ and outdoor seating.
Down the hall you will find the Master Bedroom with a Queen Bed, an ensuite with a walk in shower and toilet, a generous walk in robe and doors to the balcony. Bedroom 2 and 3 both with a Queen bed and Bedroom 4 being the kids bedroom with a kids size single bunk bed. Between the bedrooms you will find a lavish main bathroom with a walk in shower, bath and a seperate toilet. Also a laundry with a washing machine.
