Lovely cute little apartment at the top of the city, just inside the main walls. Lots of stairs to the property, but that is standard in Dubrovnik, we just happened to pick the steepest, longest flight to walk up, but there are more gentle walks up to it. Super helpful check in. We were sent a clear video on how to find the property and access the keys.

Had an excellent stay. Vedran even gave us recommendation where to go to watch the fireworks for the first night of their summer festival, which was perfect. One thing anyone does need to be aware of is that you need to be fit enough to climb lots of steps - not just to this apartment but to the whole of Dubrovnik old town if you want to experience it all.

The studio is in excellent location near Pile Gate. Everything is super clean and feels peaceful. Communication with the host is excellent. The place requires some walk uphill but a fair trade off considering the great price for value within the expensive Old town. Overall we are very satisfied and would highly recommend!

Overall a great dtsyu

Dubrovnik is expensive, so this place is good value considering this. The room was spacious and in good condition, bed comfortable and big bathrooms. Everything was really great except the noise created from the stairs in the hallway which are loud and you can hear other guests coming in and out. Luckily it didn’t affect our sleep. We would recommend staying here

Great little apartment for a few nights stay. Would stay there again! Quiet part of town after 11pm, near Buza 2 bar. Bed was comfortable, water pressure was amazing and water was warm. Clean apartment! There is construction going on in Old Town so we had to find an alternate way to the apartment than what was sent to us by the property owner - not a problem, just something to be aware of. The apartment is near the far wall so tucked back up in there with many steps/ramps so be aware if you have carry luggage. All was described in the listing so we expected this but trying to manage a new route with luggage was a little more challenging. The AC unit worked fine the first night but wasn’t working the second night. There are 4 units in the property and someone must have hit the mode button (as you’re instructed not to do in the guide), which made it so ours wasn’t working. It got humid and warm in the room as we didn’t want to leave the windows open given we were at street level and anyone could see right in. An inconvenience but not unbearable for this week in May. Would be nice if they could find a way to not have other people be able to control your unit’s functioning. Overall, very happy with the place and would stay there again. Thanks!!

Me and my partner had a lovely stay at the Lavender garden apartments. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities needed to cook a meal. It was in a lovely area of the old city although you do have to climb a few steps to get there. We had really good communication with the host although on our arrival we found other guests in our room and had to be changed to a different room which was smaller than what we had paid for. I have seen previous reviews about the check in process not being very smooth and on our occasion this was also true. The check in process would have been perfect had some other guests not decided to stay in our room without permission. I do not think the landlord was the one to blame for this nevertheless it is his job to ensure that this does not happen and he did manage to get us back into the room the following day. At night it can be slightly noisy but that would be the same with anywhere in the old town and the area as a whole was very nice and safe. Would stay here again.

Die Unterkunft war ruhig gelegen, obwohl sie sich direkt in der Altstadt innerhalb der Stadtmauern befindet – perfekt für Erkundungen. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet, ideal zum Kochen. Klimaanlage funktionierte einwandfrei, was bei der Sommerhitze sehr angenehm war. In nur 5 Minuten war man zu Fuß in der Innenstadt. Alles top – ich komme gerne wieder!

The apartment itself was great. Located in old town. It’s cute small and efficient. But the check in process was a nightmare. The check in is not attached to actual apartment. Apparently they had sent emails which I never received, which I assume is because it went to junk. And its Up a lot of stairs which is a consideration for ppl less mobile. The staff were very lovely to me and I don’t fault them but their main number attached to their property doesn’t work and i Kept getting the run around while I sat in the street with my luggage trying to figure out where to go. They need to update their system and maybe make it more clear about the check in process
