Beautiful Villa

Very good location, beautiful decor, super clean and comfortable place. When I booked this apartment on the same day and I didn't see any reviews, but I decided to book anyway. The owner was super nice and fast on the communication. The apartment is just 20 minutes by bus to the old town, so we left the car parked. Totally recommend this place and would come back at anytime.

Spacieux, calme, confortable, propre

Un petit collectif d'appartements très récent. Un accueil chaleureux, vraiment très agréable. Un appartement pour couple + enfant spacieux, classe et très propre. Cuisine bien équipée. Lits confortables. Très calme. Pas situé en centre ville donc optez pour la voiture ou le bus qui a un arrêt a côté et qui mène au centre ville. Bref très satisfaits de notre séjour !

I need to report a problem in the booking procedure that has led to a misunderstanding. I had to wait an hour outside before the hosts came to open the place for me. There was no one in the reception when I first visited the place nor when I came back to take my room. It's because they tried to reach me by phone while I could only be reached by email. The cause of the problem is that, in the web form provided by Expedia, it is mandatory to provide a phone number. But what should the guest do when he has NO phone? I put a number that was, I hoped, clearly phoney but the hosts did not understand that. So it led to the misunderstanding. I had to get help from a random person of the neighbourhood, who was speaking both English and Croatian (which helped), to be able to call the hosts and solve the issue. Apparently, public phones are not common, around there. In conclusion, I cannot blame the hosts for trying to contact me by phone and not realizing that I had sent text messages instead. But, Expedia, I suggest that you make the contact phone number optional in the reservation form or, to the very least, that you add some clickable button to allow the guest to properly indicate that he has no phone to be reached on.

Accueil sympathique avec beaucoup d'explications sur les environs et les bons resto du coins. Situation pratique lorsque l'on est en voiture avec parking et bus juste en face du logement pour se rendre au centre ville de Dubrovnik (bus aux 15min env, 15min de trajet). Veldig hyggelig betjening som møtte oss. Og veldig ærlig som ga oss kompensasjon fordi hun hadde tenkt vi skulle huset rom som ikke var klart. Hadde hun ikke sagt det, hadde vi ikke visst det. Litt slitt bad, men rent og greit. Greie senger med flere puter. Litt trafikkstøy. Det ene rommet hadde en litt støyende AC. Veldig lav pris om man vil bo litt unna byen eller om man er på gjennomreise. Kun 30 minutter til AirPort.

Local Tranquilo a 15 min de carro das Muralhas

Embora tivemos um pessimo atendimento por parte do Booker; não tinha niguem para nos receber no horario marcado do check in e logo apos vairas ligaçoes e passar frio na rua que nos avisaram qual era nosso apartamento assinado e falaram que a porta estava aberta, muita falta re respeito. Tirando isso o apartamento é acochegante e tem tudo para atender até 4 pessoas. gostamos que fica em um local traquilo com um excelente visual, proximo de mercados e posto de combustivel. Se for de carro tomar cuidado com os estacionamentos na cidade, pesquise o custo da hora antes de entrar pois tem alguns que cobrarm preços excesivos.

Es un hotel bonito cerca de la ciudad vieja de Dub
