This Edwardian Terraced house was built in 1902 and has been refurbished to the highest standard. It is situated in Rathgar,a pleasant residential suburb of Dublin central to downtown (12 minutes 3.5 km on an excellent bus route serviced by 5 different buses).
The Apartment consists of 6 rooms and is the top two floors of a 2 storey house. It consists of 2 bedrooms (blackout blinds) and 2 bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen, and sitting room. High speed WiFi, 42 " flat screen tv & work station. Apartment has towels/soaps, bed linens, shampoo, tea, coffee and bottles of water. Maps and brochures are provided.
Rathgar village has 2 Bars,4 Restaurants, Coffee shop/Deli, ATM , Supermarket, Hair dresser, Dry cleaner, Wine store ,Breakfast restaurant, fast food take away's (indian,pizza, thai) Pharmacy.
