Originally booked a standard cabin and was later offered an upgrade to a Deluxe Cabin for an additional cost which we accepted.
I then attempted to contact Westview via the mobile number on both the Hotels app and Westview’s website which was both the same but was told that the number had been disconnected. The question that I was asking about related to the type of mattress as I have a bad back.
When we arrived we were given a key to the Deluxe room as designated. After unpacking the car we entered the room to find it unserviced and a mess.
I went back to the office to see the receptionist who found us a standard cabin as she was on her own and unable to rectify the problem. She did her best. This standard cabin unfortunately was not Deluxe by any standard especially the pokey bathroom and bed wise considering that we had paid a 10% extra charge for the Deluxe cabin that has not been refunded.
The stay could have been a whole lot better.
