Maples guest hotel appartment

The stay wasn’t that great the appartment I was in had mosquitos and cockroaches all over the place and I wasn’t feeling that good I complained to the staff he helped me with spraying the room and he was quiet helpful . After even putting the mosquito spray the mosquitos were still on and I even told the manager I would like to change my room but the apartment was full and holiday season so had to manage with it .

Fantastic Apartment for families.

It was amazing trip, my requirement was fulfilled with in minutes. internet was good, but use very old infrastructure. Tv Set are not up to date.

Terrible place to stay at.

Terrible bed is the cheapest u can buy u can’t even sit on it goes in. The TV has only 2 or 3 channels working . The WiFi is so bad it only works in particular places in the room. The water heater they hav used in the rooms is pathetic it only gives hot water for about 2 minutes and then it is like warm water. After repeated requests at the front desk nothing was done about it. And every time I ask about it they say we will send someone now but nobody shows up.

The hotel staff were always friendly & accommodating. However, they should be mindful that guests from the Western side of the world use washcloths to clean their bodies and this is something that should be readily available in all rooms. Guests should not have to purchase their own washcloths from the store in order to take a shower. Xclusive Maples only provides towels & I wasn't used to that.

Average hotel but good location.

Average hotel but good location. I had trouble on 2 nights as there was a group of young lads from India who were partying in the middle of night, shouting in the corridors, playing loud music, knocking on doors etc. Did complain to the hotel staff the next day but never received any updates.

A very standard and ordinary hotel

very weak customer service, the room was not ready when I checked in, noisy air conditioner, dirty and not enough towels, no hot water the second morning, no floor mates, the water from standing shower leaks to the floor and requires cleaning every time you take shower, very old microwave and iron, very slow wi-fi. Small little things that you expect in a 3 star did not exist. The only good feature is that it has a frig, small kitchen, so if you want to cook.. I will not recommend this hotel...

Very nice hotel for the price.

I was in town for a week and found this hotel for only $70 per night for a 1 bedroom and was pleasantly surprised at the size of the room. Very good value and located only a short walk to Burjuman metro station.

Bare minimum hotel, too expensive for what you get

Overall fairly poor. Hotel staff was unorganized, constantly late, and forgetful. The room itself was massive and the bed comfortable. The cleanliness could have been improved and te washroom in general was dated. This hotel would be okay if it wasn't as expensive and if they didn't thraten to cancel my reservation a week before if I didn't prepay (even after booking the reservation with a 48-hr cancellation option over a montg in advance).

A must for Family holiday

Great staff, value for money and quality evening meals. Recommend family this as a family stay as its such great value with great transport links. The apartment was serviced regularily and room service was prompt. Am very pleased and will visit again !
