Our stay at this hospital was phenomenal. Breakfast was included with our reservation and we enjoyed the buffet every morning. The staff at the restaurant were amazing with top notch hospitality. Me and my family enjoyed it! The mall connected to the hospital was very convenient for us to dine and shop without the need to go far away from the hotel

There is no beach club on the property you have to drive to a seperate location to get to the beach club. There is no beach views, no direct beach access nor restaurants on the water. There is only a pool a few floors up from the lobby that overlooks the nearby mall and buildings around.

Had some problems with the cooling system in the room and informed the front desk. this is a smart hotel, the room temp was 23.5, we set it to 19 but the temp did not move. Room comfort was affected by this. the front desk keep apologising. was not asking for an apology, just wanted to if they can fix it and explain why it happened. this hotel is relatively new. they offered a room change but it was not possible for us because it would required us to repacked the luggages so that we can move. Already jetlagged and tired, changing room was not a preferred option.
