6th floor fully furnished studio with a private balcony -wonderful views of Sport City and the canal. Sport City is home to the International Cricket Stadium and Els Club AND only a 10 min drive away is Dubai Miracle Garden which is the largest natural flower garden in the world.
Supermarkets, pharmacy, cafes and more all in walking distance AND a bus stop right outside the building! Parking for one vehicle is avail underground. Roof top swim pool and jogging track. There is a gym, sauna, steam room, too.

A Great Studio for Staying and The Best Host Ever

We're so glad to be the first guest that lives in this studio! It is a perfect place for tourists staying in Dubai, as it's very convenient to go everywhere. There are two supermarkets downstairs with almost everything we need, and there's a bus stop right outside the building that goes Marina directly, from Marina you can take a metro to many places. It's also very easy to get a taxi from where we live. The host, Suzanne, is the best host I've ever met, and she provides almost everything we could possibly need! The second day of my staying I couldn't find the hair dryer so I asked her if I missed on finding it or there isn't one, and she brought me one immediately in the afternoon. And if there's anything in the apartment needs to be fixed, she does that quickly too. The studio has a cozy bed, sofa, table, chairs, closet and close hangers, washing machine, TV, microwave, oven, cooking machines, boiler, many plates/ bowls/ cups/ folks and spoons, which all function well! So we really had a great stay here and hope you all will!

Suzanne è una persona brava, disponibile, gentile e molto presente per qualunque bisogno. Il mio viaggio era andata un po’ male per via dei voli quindi ero preoccupata per l’alloggio ma mi ha tranquillizzata. Ci ha fatto fare il check-in anche prima dandoci il tempo di riposare top!! Il posto è bello e pulito…con sopra piscina, palestra..sotto c’è un supermercato, un posticino dove fanno da mangiare, una macchinetta per le ricariche, stazione del pullman a 2 min ecc ecc. È stato bellissimo, non vedo l’ora di tornarci di nuovo. THANK YOU VERY MUCH FOR ALL SUZANNE. YOU ARE A FANTASTIC PERSON!

Excellent stay

We had a great stay in Suzanne appartement. Great communication and location. The apartment is very clean. The balcony view is perfect to take a drink and eat after visiting Dubai. Very nice the supermarket just in the building to buy and take food. Highly recommended. I ll come back sure next trip. João from Paris
