Located in the heart of Dubai providing a beautiful garden with large outdoor swimming pool, indoor and outdoor dining areas and complimentary WiFi throughout, this spacious shared living villa, managed and operated by Nas House, is a recently renovated villa located just 1km from The Mall Of The Emirates, and 4 km from Al Sufouh beach. The air-conditioned villa is 4 km from the iconic Burj Al Arab and 14 km from the Dubai Mall. The property is non-smoking throughout.

The villa can be booked in its entirety as a private booking, or individual room bookings with shared kitchen, living and outdoor spaces.

The villa is equipped with 5 bedrooms, sleeping up to 12 guests, 5 bathrooms, a flat-screen TV and a fully equipped kitchen that provides guests with an oven, microwave, large fridge freezer and an outdoor barbecue area.
