The most terrible hotel we stayed and paying like for 5 stars. The room of my friend was really dirty, mine was acceptable, but at 7.30 in the morning I ask to bring my laundry, and I said it the second time at 8.00 o'clock before leaving. At afternoon it was still in my room!! More!! They said I have to pay double price because it wasn't brought before 9 o'clock! It wasn't brought BY THEM, but it's me to pay double price!!! After exibithion and before dinner we had our rooms without any sign of cleaning, every time my friends had to insist to send somebody for have fresh towels. So please don't stay in this hotel, there are many others next to exhibition, and with the same price you can go in downtown in famous for their service places and good promotion here on hotels.com

Benim için çok kötü bir deneyim oldu. Otel iyidir ama resepsiyondaki çalışanlar ve House Keeping çalışanlar çok kötü disiplinsiz ve profes profesyonel değil. Temizlik için günde üç kez hatırlatmak gerekiyor resepsiyondaki çalışanlar asla yardımcı olmuyorlar hiçbir konuda. Misafirlere saygısız davranıyorlar. Gece yani odadaki gürültü vardı resepsiyonu aradım hiçbir şekilde hiçbir şey haletmediler. Konaklama dahil fatura istedim üzgünüm beklettiler beni faturayı vermek için aşırı profesyonelsiniz. Otelin yönetim ve çalişanlar yamamem değiştirmek gerekiyor.
