Newly Furnished Studio | Azizi Riviera 37

Azizi Riviera 37 is a 11-storey residential building in Azizi Riviera, Meydan, Dubai. The project was developed by Azizi Developments. Construction began in June 2018 and was completed by June 2023. Azizi Riviera 37 comprises a mix of studios, one- , two- and three-bedroom apartments.

This studio consists of a king sized bed. An equipped open kitchen with a 2-burner gas stove, drawers, fridge, cooking basics such as Kettle, Toaster, Microwave, Dishes, dining plates and bowls, glasses, etc…You also have full access to all the development’s amenities along with:

* 24h/7 Security
* Access to gym and outdoor swimming Pool
* Fully equipped kitchen with built-in white goods, crockery and utensils
* Complimentary Hi-speed WIFI, satellite TV channel connection
* Fresh bedding, and towels upon check-in only
* Maximum Occupancy: 2 adults
* Balcony with outdoor furniture

Please note our check-in window starts from 3 pm onwards and early check-in fees before 6 am will be full-day charges and after 6 am will be a half-day charge depending on the apartment’s availability.

*The cleaning fee covers your departure cleaning. You will always check in to a clean apartment and don’t have to worry about cleaning up before you go. This is all included in the cleaning fee.

*Please note that late check-out requests are as per availability, any uninformed late check-out will be fined. Late check-out should be informed to us at least 24 to 48 hours before and wait for the confirmation.

*To ensure you get settled in and have a great start to your stay with us, we provide an initial supply of toilet paper, Towels, and other essentials but these may not be enough for your entire stay and you may need to purchase additional supplies.

Please respect quiet hours between 11 PM and 7 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all guests and neighbors.
Pets
Pets are not allowed
Damage and Breakages
If anything is damaged or broken during your stay, please let us know immediately so we can address it.
We understand accidents happen, but guests will be responsible for any damage that occurs beyond normal wear and tear.
Respect the Neighborhood
Please respect the local community by keeping noise to a minimum, especially late at night.
Be mindful of where you park and avoid blocking driveways or access points.
