Awful, avoid this property

I was exited to check into my hotel upon arriving in Dubai, however navigating to the hotel proved impossible as the advertised name and address were non-existent and completely inaccurate. This led to a frustrating two-hour ordeal trying to locate the hotel, as neither taxi drivers nor locals recognized the name or address leaving me stranded for over two hours in the heat. Upon finally arriving, the experience didn't improve. The hosts were unwelcoming, rude and displayed poor communication skills, making it difficult to resolve the check-in issues. The room was unhygienic, with dirty floors, walls, glass, mouldy bathrooms, and stains on bedding. The hotel's location was an advantage, conveniently located 10-minute walk to the Dubai Mall.
