フロントもホテルの表示もなくホテルのロケーションが実に分かりにくい。そもそもホテルとはいうもののホテルではなく、空き住宅、レジデンスである。やりとりはすべて英語の電話になるので、困る人がいるだろう。ルームサービス等の普通のホテルのサービスはまったくない。世話係が1人いるだけ。フロントがない結果、チェックアウト後荷物を預かってもらえない上、隣のホテルで預かってくれるなどウソをつかれた。現金支払いを強制された。
