Amazing view and great hotel

This hotel is stunning. From the moment you walk in the staff treat you so well. The views from the hotel are absolutely stunning and the pool is great. The breakfast is great and there are lots of food options at different restaurants. However, be prepared to pay big dollars once you arrive. $30+ for a beer and cocktails even more. The high prices are not at this hotel. The whole of Dubai is so expensive, so I would recommend including breakfast in your room booking and even consider half board or full board as an added option as it will probably save you money in the long run. Would stay here again next time in Dubai.

Pool is quite small. Over crowded. Breakfast was average, most things were cold. Not enough staff to help.

Luxurious, clean and lobby smells amazing! The rooms aren’t huge but we were upgraded for free. Our room was also ready early in the morning as we arrived on an early flight. It’s not the most convenient location but staying on the Palm isn’t, we used taxis but there is also a metro that takes you up and down the Palm, nearby. It’s also next to the boardwalk which is lovely in the evenings. We liked the Palm the best out of all the areas we visited in Dubai. Just be warned that having rooms at the pool side can be noisy at night, especially if your on the side with Barfly and the BBQ restaurant as you can hear their music til late. The Saturday night was also noisy as the hotel next door is a bit of a party hotel. There’s was also a wedding on the beach outside on the Saturday we were there, extremely loud music but this was daytime and I quite enjoyed it. Earplugs at night will help, we found most of the nights pretty quiet after about 11pm. The staff were all very professional and helpful. The breakfast buffet was great, lots of choice. We did half board and you get a sum of up to £30 for either lunch or dinner and all of the restaurants inside the hotel are of a high standard. We mainly used this voucher for lunch. Getting a sun bed right at the pool wasn’t easy thought about 3pm plenty become available, but there were always sunbeds further away from the pool. I would go back, the pool/sea view is gorgeous but would be quieter staying on the other side of the hotel

Best choice in Dubai. The hotel looks brand new, staff is polite . Rooms are big as the bathroom.
