Not good for 4 people

Booked it for 4 people but space was tiny. It's not suitable for 4 people at all. Complaint about it same night but they said nothing else is available. Worst holiday room experience.

There are much better options...

The location is decent. Apartment is very small, as is the TV. WiFi didn’t work in the whole apartment for me. You must pay a cleaning fee, so I assumed that someone would come and clean the apartment each day. That’s not the case. The sinks drained very slow, until our 2nd to last day where they basically stopped draining. The TV didn’t work consistently. Any problem is compounded by the fact it takes up to 24 hours to get someone to come and fix it. At this price is makes so much more sense to stay in a hotel (or hotel apartment) where there is staff on hand to fix issues, and if they can fix them there are other rooms (or apartments) they can move you into. We moved into an apartment hotel after this on the same trip and our experience was enhanced in every possible way.

Если не хотите отдыхать от городской суеты)

Дубай вообще не очень подходит для отдыха. Ощущение, что ты прилёг позагорать на газоне возле кольцевой дороги, а рядом стройка очередного торгового центра с дорогими и невкусными ресторанами. А про отель, то это и не отель, а маленькие квартиры студии для аренды. В общем всё необходимое тут есть. Хотя бронировали за неделю, а кровать для 3го гостя так и пришлось просить подготовить после заселения. Полотенца тоже принесли только после просьбы. Район наверное не самый плохой, рядом много дорогих отелей и пристани с яхтами. Много сетевых ресторанов и пляж недалеко. Цена более чем разумная. В целом очень даже не плохо.
