Not the best service
I take my time to write this review as I was disappointed with the service provided. First thing is first all contact you have with the property Highest Vacation is by whatsapp wich at the beginning was useful to send our information and solve requires but when you arrive is pain in the *** if you're someone like me that is not willing to pay roaming charges you have to wait to have Wi-Fi and organise your arrival with them. I never meet anyone from HiGhuest Vacation I was expecting someone to welcome me at the location to help me find it but no one came only the receptionist gave the key that's it. Then to make it worse I'm someone that takes cleaning very seriously and I can't say the room was in bad state but the cleaning was disgusting, the bed was done and the floor was clean that's it! The sofa bed was full of stains and one of the was white *make your own assumptions* toilet was clean but they only left two toilets paper rolls for four people for seven days.
Lastly they advertise this place as having a swimming pool... guest what? The swimming pool was gone I was told by the management it had been close already for more than a month and is going to be close for another four months. I chose this property for its location and also the swimming pool for my kids as Dubai is really hot is a great way to refresh just to find out we couldn't use it, oh and by the way I told them on the whatsapp group about this and they just did not reply. Btw you must pay150AED for cleaning!
