Very nice stay withe the family. Staff very helpful especially Michael at meal times. Unfortunately the spa was closed for refurbishment which detracted from the holiday unfortunately. Cleaners were very good especially Amara.

Immaculately clean facilities, nice pool area and sauna/steam rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The restaurant inside of the hotel was pricey but there were so many great, authentic and reasonably priced restaurants surrounding the hotel.

The hotel is very clean, and all the staff are accommodating and friendly. They have a pool, sauna, and gym, which we used during our stay. The breakfast is delicious. They have different varieties of food, and you can also order expresso, cappuccino, and hot chocolate besides coffee. We will definitely stay here again.

Great hotel close to the mall of emirates. The train station is only a couple of blocks away but taxi was our preferred method which we easily got at the hotel. The staff were incredible every time. Lots of food options around the area too.

We stayed at the Grand Cosmopolitan Hotel in Dubai in Mar 2025 and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is in a great location, walkable to the metro and in a safe, well-kept area. Taxis were easy to catch as they frequented the hotel, though we mostly used the Careem app to book larger rides for our group of six. Our family room for three was spacious, with lots of storage and excellent soundproofing, making for peaceful nights. The hotel was very clean and modern, and the breakfast was a highlight—fresh, varied, and always delicious. Huge thanks to Michael, Marco, and Jessa, who greeted us with a smile each morning and had our preferences ready by the third day. Their warm, attentive service made a real difference. The tour desk staff was friendly and helpful, making it easy to book outings and get local tips. The only minor downside was the strong lemongrass-scented lobby fragrance, which could be a bit overpowering. We visited during Ramadan, so the upstairs pool closed early for Iftar, but the Iftar setup was beautiful. Overall, a wonderful stay—spacious rooms, great service, and an ideal location. We would happily recommend this hotel and would stay again

I’ve stayed in a number of similarly priced/rated hotels around Dubai, but this has been the best experience - rooms were very spacious, super clean with all the amenities you could need, the staff were very friendly and particularly helpful with my elderly mum, food options were good and everything ran really efficiently. Could not fault anything, and would definitely return!
