Great hotel, location and the staff are wonderful! We booked half board which was great value. Prior to our stay, I emailed the hotel notifying them that my wife has a long list of intolerances. The hotel emailed backed immediately, and said it would not be an issue and that the chef would meet us (on arrival) to discuss meal options. On arrival, Chef Siddhant met with us and we went through everything. He assused that it would be totally fine and made my wife exceptional meals that were to my wife's dietary requirements. There were no compromises at all which we really appreciated. The food was very tasty and well presented. So my biggest praise goes to Chef Siddhant and also Chef Krishna for the bespoke meals I myself ate from the buffet stations in Flow and the food option and quality was exceptional The hotel it self is lovely! Very grand the facilities are great. The beach was a short stroll from the hotel grounds and it was clean/safe. We had a large room which was facing the city, but I would recommend going for a sea view as the traffic can be noisy. Location is great, and easy to get around. Overall, I would happily stay again

Favourite 2 evening meals were Little Miss India and Boldly Asian - Flo Kitchen was consistently good. Service slow at Seagrill. Cleanliness at hotel was excellent. Good location - accommodating staff allowed early access to room. Only disappointment was highly advertised showing of F1 race which was superseded by football games- eventually shown on small screen late with no sound.

The beach front was ruined. There was loud music at all times, till so late in the night. That was the only thing I hated about the stay and hence I won’t be coming back. I wanted to be near the beach but couldn’t use it

Our stay was fantastic, thank you. Our one slight criticism would be that we found it very difficult to find somewhere to sit in the sun on the beach and around the pool. Practically all the sun beds had towels on them but were never occupied.

This is one of the nicest hotels I've ever visited. The room and facilities were immaculate. The staff are incredibly polite and accommodating. We enjoyed halfboard and were able to experience several of the on site restaurants. The teams were able to accommodate dietary requirements quite easily and there were plenty of options. Thank you to Kalorus and Edan for going above and beyond to make our stay memorable, we always felt looked after. Thank you to Rodgers for starting off our 5* experience immediately and for keeping it up throughout!

Beautiful hotel. Staff very accommodating. We arrived very early and they managed to get us to our room before 9am which after a long haul flight was great. We only ate once on site at the breakfast buffet. This was ok. Only issue we had was not huge selection and many small children running around and not many staff or parent supervision to access to food etc around handling. Not sure it was worth the cost. Overall great location close to mall and all the best beach bars and restaurants. Would 100% recommend to anyone staying in Dubai
