Misplaced reservation

Pros: Everything
Cons: Nothing
Although they could not find a record of my reservation, the staff were very accommodating and apologetic. To make my stay more comfortable they put me in an executive suite....above and beyond what was necessary. It's obvious these employees are "empowered" to provide outstanding customer service.

Nice and Quiet

Pros: Close restaurants, Quiet
Cons: No free Internet, no skype or yahoo! messenger
This was a nice quiet stay. Several Restaurants on property plus off property within walking distance. Great staff, very clean. Excellent room service. I did not explore all they had to offer and I spent 4 nights. Don't go during Ramadan if you can help it. There is no FREE internet in the room and it can get pricey. SKYPE, Yahoo! Messenger, and all such programs are blocked so have a cell phone. Do NOT attempt long distance calls as you get charged even when you do not connect...CALL the operator to connect you if you must make LD calls.

Good Value 5 Star Hotel

Pros: Quiet
Cons: No free Internet
Hotel had very good resteraunts. Very freindly and helpful staff. Good location, close to malls and metro. For the price, this hotel is a bargain!

New Year in Dubai

Pros: Free breakfast, Free Internet, Quiet, club inside hotel
I had a wonderful exciting time in Dubai for the New Year. I stayed at the Crowne Plaza Hotel which lived up to it's 5 star rating. Thanks for the wonderful hospitality.

My Stay at the Crown Plaza

My stay at the Crown Plaza was outstanding. The only dissatisfying service I experienced is paying for a king size bed and receiving a single bed in my room. No accomodation offered or extra service. Overall experience of the hotel was great.
