🚇 Metro Access
The nearest metro station is Creek Metro Station on the Green Line. It’s about a 15–20-minute walk or a 5–10-minute drive away. From there, guests can easily reach Downtown Dubai, the airport, and other major areas.

🚤 Water Transport
RTA water taxis and abras operate from Dubai Creek Harbour Marine Station. This scenic mode of transportation offers direct connections to Al Jaddaf, Creek Metro Station, and Dubai Festival City.

★ REGISTRATION OF TRAVELERS ★
We will require copies of passports (or Emirates ID) from all travelers and visitors at least 24 hours in advance to register your stay with community/building security 🛂. We cannot guarantee your arrival if copies of your identification documents are not provided on time ⏳.

★ ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES ★
Standard check-in time is 3 p.m. 🕒, and check-out time is 11 a.m. 🕚. Early arrivals and late departures are subject to availability and may incur additional charges 💼!

★ CLEANING & SANITIZATION ★
The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are of the utmost importance 🛡️. For this reason, we perform a thorough cleaning after each check-out 🧼.

★ NO SMOKING INSIDE ★
Please do not smoke inside the home 🚭! Any evidence of smoking will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning 🛋️. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a fine of AED 2,500 💸.

★ ACCESS CARD ★
Please return the access cards in good condition upon check-out 🎫. Replacement of lost cards will be charged at a rate of AED 500 per card.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and your return visits 🙏.
