I’m really glad I chose Al Khoory for my stay and I was happy to spend more than three days there. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and always helpful.
The food was delicious, with a rich and varied breakfast selection. I also enjoyed the nice swimming pool and well-equipped gym. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the chance to experience the sauna/spa due to its unavailability in the morning.
I was a bit disappointed about the deposit policy, as I was only informed about it during check-in. I paid by card in pounds, and the refund will only be processed after seven working days, which means my bank will charge commission for both transactions.
Aside from this issue, I was completely happy with my stay and would still recommend the hotel.
