I paid for a one bed residence with kitchen but when I arrived I was told the hotel had changed from Address to Kempinski & they only had rooms not residences. Very disappointed that I wasn’t notified. If I knew I would have booked somewhere else. A kitchen is important for me as I’m diabetic and can’t eat certain foods. Will not be staying here again

Everything is quite nice except the hotel has a serious escort problem. During our 5-night stay, I encountered working girls inside the hotel on three different occasions, once in the lounge and twice in the elevator.
