The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you will need to make your meals at home which you can then enjoy at the dining table that comfortably seats six. The living area features two comfy sofas positioned perfectly in front of your big screen TV, making this the perfect place to relax after a busy day exploring the Dubai. The living room flows out to the private garden area which is so spacious and is the perfect place to spend time with your loved ones. In the three bedrooms you will find luxurious large beds fitted with Key Views signature linen which is so cosy and soft, you will probably sleep in later than usual. In the bathrooms you will also find Key Views fluffy towels and hotel grade amenities, the perfect way to unwind after a busy day.

This property does not benefit from daily housekeeping, however additional cleaning can be arranged for a fixed fee with 24 hours notice upon request. It is self contained, we provide you with a starter pack of toiletries, please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products, additional toiletries are not provided. There is high speed WiFi throughout the property with average speeds of 250mbps.

We require copies of all guests passports who are staying in the property (we require this in order to register your stay with Dubai Tourism (DTCM) and the building management).

A valid visa is also required as per the law of the UAE to stay in Dubai, if your visa is not valid then you will not be able to check in to your property.
The refundable security deposit is 2,500 AED. (This does not apply to Airbnb and VRBO reservations)

The Deposit will be collected up to 72 hours prior the check in date. The deposit will be refunded 7-14 days after checkout, subject to a damage inspection of the property.
