I had my birthday while I was in there and they were fantastic ! They surprised me with a birthday cake and a card when I came back from the beach and they also decorated my bed with a beautiful red cushion and a runner which said Happy Birthday on it. They went an extra mile!

Lovely, clean, quiet hotel in a great location - metro station is right across the street. Pool and on-site saunas are wonderful. All staff were very friendly, welcoming and helpful. Highly recommend this hotel.

the room was really nice, as we had it upgraded to a suite. my family really loved the room, we had soo much space. the only downside was the windows, which were not clean, but when we was leaving they had ppl cleaning the whole building The hotel room phone was not working, we reported it few times with no fix, had to go all the way down from 62nd floor any requests. when we was leaving for the airport, we used the hotel taxi for a fixed negotiated price, but the driver decided to charge us 35 AED extra saying it was some tax charge. was not happy about this, wont be using service again.

Hotel is 80meters from Metro red line Financial station, an easy subway ride from airport is 5 Dirhams, truly convenient! Room's furniture is bit old but spacious to Parisian standard. We stayed 7 nights, all good except 2 days without housekeeping cleaning service, we had to call to get the cleaning done. Location is great and I would recommend this hotel.

great hotel in a great location. 2 minute walk to the station and half hour walk to dubai mall and burj khalifa. rooms are comfortable, secure and clean with great views. staff was fantastic - and shout out to the wonderful staff member who checked me in - kind, friendly, helpful and professional. surrounded by 2 hour coffee shops and easy access to everything. great hotel.

It’s an old establishment which can further enhance to look better. Breakfast is really not worth the money. We stayed in Oman and they had much better spread.
