Great price and location

We enjoyed to close location to the store and for our trip to the Ark Encounter. Plenty of space in the cabin for our family of 5. Clean and tidy.

This property was falsely advertised on how many it would sleep. At the most it could sleep was 5 and 3 of that being in the loft. Only has one true bedroom with queen bed and a queen and twin mattress on the floor in the loft. We ended up having to buy an air mattress and sleep on the floor.

PERFECT place for a weekend at the Ark Encounter!

Read ALL directions in online "welcome" booklet you will get through Vrbo message, has very detailed directions for finding the property, including actual photos with arrows so you can NOT miss it, even in the dark, & specific info for keyless code pad on front door as well as backup realtor box with actual key inside to get in. Cabin is so cozy, & VERY quiet & enjoyable for relaxing & sleeping. NO problems with allergies (dust, pollen, dogs), hardwood floors, could tell it's very clean & well cared for, noticed zippered pillow protectors, like we use at home! Even nice hotels (including Marriott, Hampton) that we've stayed at in past years, caused our dust allergies to bother us. We notice pretty quickly & usually wake up very stuffy. NOT so with this cabin! The heaters in various areas were perfect & kept it cozy during cold spells at night, & we appreciate all of the MANY little extras available here, even though we didn't need everything, it was great to know those items were on site (salt & pepper, Qtips, new toothbrushes, baby wipes, etc). Hot water works great & heats up within seconds. Cabin seems really well insulated, & I did notice, with some strong winds during our stay, that there are NO tall trees anywhere close which could fall on the cabin.  THANK YOU for everything, and especially for offering a pet-free place to stay. Most places in this area, including the Hampton right next to the Ark, allow pets, & I would have been miserable with my dog allergy.

The Ark Encounter Overnight

We loved our stay in this quaint cabin! Our grandkids loved sleeping in the loft and we felt like the atmosphere of the cabin continued the charm of our trip! We made memories teaching the grandkids some duets on the piano and the board games were lots of fun till bedtime. We would definitely stay here again! Jonathan was a great host! Kind, caring and patient. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Cozy cabin close to Ark Encounter

Our family of 7 truly enjoyed our stay here! We loved the location, there was a place to sleep for everyone. It was very clean and a perfect place for a little r and r after our trip to the Ark Encounter. We would come back again!

Weekend Getaway

Our overall stay was wonderful!! All accommodations were met. Everything we needed was provided. The location was very cool! My boys enjoyed the lay out! Definitely liked to check it out in the warmer months and go fishing!

Cabin was clean and cute. It had games for kids and families to play. Was well heated. Coffee container was empty was the only complaint. We had to go out to get coffee.

What a cute little cabin! It’s very conveniently located a mile from town. It was quiet and clean. We had everything we needed and the kids thought the loft space was fun. The price was great. We would stay here again.

They had everything that we needed there, and then some. Very clean and cozy. Super close to the Arl, restaurants and shopping. Great environment to relax. No TV and thank you for no PETS allowed. We’ll book again if available on return trip.

Enjoyed our stay. Convenient location to The Ark Encounter. The area around the property is under renovation so we didn’t get to explore much. The second bedroom/loft is more of an overhead crawl space. No outlet to charge my phone. Better suited for children than adults. Fireplace not working. That would have been nice with the cold front that came through.

Excellent location for visit to Ark Encounter

The cabin is small, but cozy. We stayed with our family of seven and enjoyed the close quarters and the great location (about ten minutes from the Ark Encounter). (Also, less than a mile from a Cracker Barrel where we enjoyed dinner one night.) Beautiful view of Kentucky topography. The only downside to our visit was the weather - serious storms. We did lose power for our final night and morning there, but still had water. We would use this rental again!

Loved how clean and cozy this cabin was. Beautifully finished and equipped to the finest detail. The beds were super comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and well stocked with fresh towels and even little soaps to use. It was the perfect spot to stay if traveling to see the Ark Encounter and Creation museum. Nice and quiet with a rustic feel.
