Really enjoyed staying here during our stay in Drummondville for the book fair. Property was clean and staff was really friendly. Only thing that I would recommend improving on is the garbage disposal methods. There were no recycling bins available in the room. It would be a good thing to add. Other than that, everything was great.

La chambre - remplie de poussiĂšre. Les endroits moins exposĂ©s/visibles - sales. Le wifi a commencĂ© Ă  fonctionner correctement aprĂšs deux appels Ă  la rĂ©ception. La tĂ©lĂ© aussi (elle figeait Ă  toutes les 25-30 secondes). Le monsieur de la rĂ©ception m'a appelĂ©e Ă  21h50 (je dormais, car je devais me rĂ©veiller tĂŽt le matin) pour me demander mon nom, mais il ne s'Ă©tait pas prĂ©sentĂ©. Quand j'ai protestĂ© (sur un ton normal), il a coupĂ© la conversation. Je suis allĂ©e le voir, il a dit (aprĂšs insistance) que son prĂ©nom Ă©tait Charles et qu'il a coupĂ© parce que j'aurais criĂ©, ce que je n'avais pas fait, j'avais juste protestĂ© qu'il me demandait mon nom, sans s'ĂȘtre prĂ©sentĂ© avant. Il insistait que la chambre figurait comme non occupĂ©e (mais comment j'aurais pu avoir la clĂ© et les cartes??? - En plus, il Ă©tait prĂ©sent au moment oĂč Amina, l'autre rĂ©ceptionniste, m'avait tout donnĂ© et expliquĂ© oĂč se trouvait la chambre). Pendant toute la discussion, j'Ă©tais debout, lui assis, bien relĂąchĂ© sur sa chaise, ton et regard inappropriĂ©s Outre ceci, on Ă©tait arrivĂ©s vers 13h00, on nous a dit que le check in se faisait Ă  16h00, qu'ils allaient nous appeler dĂšs qu'une chambre allait se libĂ©rer. Je les ai appelĂ©s Ă  17h16, ils n'Ă©taient pas sĂ»rs qu'une chambre Ă©tait disponible - j'ai dit "Mais on doit libĂ©rer la chambre Ă  11h00 (mĂȘme si sur Expedia c'Ă©tait Ă  11h30), et vous ne savez pas si une chambre est disponible Ă  17h16, malgrĂ© ma rĂ©servation?" Bref, c'est ça, mon expĂ©rience. Je n'y reviendrai pas.

The room smelled of stale smoke even though it was a non smoking room. There were cigarette burns in the bath tub. No lock on the outer door. Anyone could walk in where the rooms are located.
