Welcome to a modern and spacious house on Aspö, where every day is greeted by a spectacular sea view. Located in a west-facing position, this home offers undisturbed panoramic views and perfect sunsets to admire from the furnished terraces.



The house has an open floor plan that brings together the kitchen, dining room and living room. In total, there are four large bedrooms that can accommodate up to 8 people, all furnished for comfort and relaxation. With two bathrooms and access to several terraces, the house offers both privacy and common areas for both relaxation and entertainment.



The large garden located right in front of the sea is perfect for both games and relaxation. With easy access to cliffs for sunbathing and swimming just 50 meters from the house, this is an ideal place for nature and sea lovers.



Aspö, a picturesque island with winding roads, is great for cycling and excursions in the archipelago. You can get to Aspö by ferry. The journey takes 25 minutes, and the ferry is free of charge, the ferry departs every 30 minutes, or once an hour depending on the time of day. Take small excursions to nearby islets and islands. During the summer months, you can also enjoy the island's restaurants and cafés.

A dreamy location with fantastic sunsets, very coz...

A dreamy location with fantastic sunsets, very cozy outdoor seating areas, a large and extremely peaceful property, and a perfect location near the small natural swimming pier. The house is very well-maintained, fully equipped, and you can tell that Helge takes excellent care of it. We felt completely at home and will definitely be back. We had a lot of fun with the boat; the dock in the small harbor is definitely not for beginners when it comes to mooring, but it’s no problem for somewhat experienced boaters. Aspö is a wonderful little island, and the supermarket has everything you need for cooking. The house is ideal for people who enjoy cooking for themselves. Dining out isn’t really an option on the island, and in our opinion, having to take the boat or ferry to Karlskrona every time you want to eat is too much of a hassle. For us, everything was perfect!
