This was our second stay here we find it convenient to the motorway when travelling back from Birmingham airport after a late flight . Dislike the lack of socket/ phone charging it is only one side of the bed . The room was cold , set the air con unit to 25 degrees but it kept blowing out cold air so turned it off completely, a spare blanket kept in the wardrobe would have been very welcome . I booked a double room and we were given a double disabled room , not a nice room at all with all the adaptations not needed by us which made it more difficult .We arrived after 11pm so did not like to request a room change but wish we had .

Our stay was excellent and the hotel, staff, location and food were excellent. Despite difficult circumstances David Borne and Amy on reception plus the rest of the staff were excellent and very friendly and knowledgeable about the area around Droitwich and Worcester. One of the guests left a shower or bath running with water coming through the ceiling into the restaurant area at 7 pm ish but all the staff mucked in to sort it out and dry up. Even the ceiling tiles were replaced over night.

Our room carpet was soaking wet by the side of the bed. It turned out the air con unit was leaking. We got moved to another room. The staff were apologetic and gave us some free drinks vouchers as an apology. We got the impression it had happened before.

Wonderful place to stay!

Staff were super friendly, parking is free but can be a bit hard to come by. The included breakfast was very delicious and made the start of each day great! Absolutely loved my stay at this location and recommend it to anyone!!!
