Large, sunny and family-friendly 4-room-flat in Dresden Strehlen city center in green surroundings. Living room with balcony, dining room with kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom with tub and shower and toilet, guest toilet, shopping 5 minutes walking distance, Central Station / Downtown is in 10 min. To reach by bus.

The 100 m² 4-room apt located in Dresden Strehlen. Since it is located in a side street, it is located but quiet infrastructure well connected. Tram stops, shops, cafes and restaurants are within walking distance in a few minutes on Wasaplatz. The apartment is comfortably furnished and fully equipped with everything what is needed. In the kitchen you will find dishes, pots, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, fridge, dishwasher, spices etc. WiFi, TV, radio are available, but a cable NOT. In addition, the apartment has a balcony and a washing machine. Bedding, bathrobes and towels and cots are also available.

Wohlfühlen in großzügiger Umgebung

Schon die Umgebung ist wohltuend, die Villa wunderbar restauriert. Der Empfang war gastfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung einfach super! Großzügig, hell, überall Blick ins Grüne, sehr geschmackvoller Mix von Antiquitäten mit modernen Elementen. Hat alles, was das Herz begehrt. Wir haben uns sehr willkommen und sehr wohl gefühlt.

Tolle Wohnung

Die Wohnung bietet alles was man benötigt, ist groß und top eingerichtet. Schlüsselübergabe top. Anbindung an Straßenbahn super, so kommt man schnell überall hin. Mit dem Rad waren wir in 4 km an der Elbe. Wohnung ist zu empfehlen und wird auch bei uns bei weiteren Besuchen in Dresden hoch auf der Liste stehen.

Tolle großzüge Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

Schön eingerichtet und wirklich mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht (Fön, Bügeleisen, Bücher, Gesellschaftsspiele). Sehr moderne Küche, auch hier ist alles da fürs Kochen und Essen machen. Sehr nette Vermieterin, die viele gute Tipps für uns hatte. Die Lage ist schön ruhig, aber es sind nur wenige Minuten zur Straßenbahn und zum nächsten Supermarkt.

Kurzurlaub Dresden / Sächsische Schweiz

Sehr schöne, große, gut ausgestattete Wohnung in einer Stadtvilla. Sowohl das Zentrum von Dresden (etwa 12 Minuten Fahrt mit der Straßenbahn) als auch die Sächsische Schweiz (ca. 30 km entfernt) sind von dort schnell zu erreichen. Kurzum: Sehr zu empfehlen!

Die Unterkunft ist sauber, ordentlich und mit sehr viel Liebe für die kleinen Details eingerichtet. Man fühlt sich hier sofort wohl. Alles was man braucht ist vorhanden. Die Informationen zur Orientierung bzgl. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Verkehrsnetz etc. liegen schriftlich vor. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und stehen auch mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Schöne Wohnung in Dresden

Das Objekt liegt sehr gut in einer schönen Wohngegend. Die Wohnung ist teils hochwertig eingerichtet, alles ist vorhanden, darüber hinaus erhielten wir noch als Gastgeschenk eine schöne Flasche Wein. Zwei Dinge könnten verbessert werden: zum einen sind die Matratzen ziemlich hart, was für Menschen mit Rückenproblemen unangenehm ist; zum anderen sind die Vorhänge sehr dünn, so dass die Straßenbeleuchtung und morgens die Helligkeit kaum gefiltert werden.

Perfekte Ferienwohnung für Familien

Traumhafte Ferienwohnung mit ganz lieben Gastgebern. Im schönen bepflanzten Garten gibt's eine Sitzgelegenheit und Schaukel. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig, im Wohnzimmer sehr schönes Stuck an der Decke, toll eingerichtet, für die Kids gibts viel Spielzeug. 2 Bäder runden alles perfekt ab. Die Küche hat einen Kapselautomat und eine normale Kaffeemaschine.

Perle in Dresden

Wir waren zu Dritt und haben die geräumige Etage in dem geschmackvoll renovierten mehr als 100 Jahre alten Haus genossen. Alles war vorhanden und die Inhaber sind sehr gastfreundlich. Vom Flughafen zur Villa kommt man schnell hin mit der S-Bahn. Die Altstadt an der Elbe und der Grosse Garten sind leicht zu erreichen. Schön ist es ein Fahrrad zu mieten und Richtung Sächsische Schweiz eine entspannte Tour zu machen. Es waren 5 herrliche Tage.
