Non-smoking apartment 40 m² for 1 -2 persons. It was extensively renovated in April 2014, lovingly furnished and exudes the comfort of the living area and invites you to relax. TV with radio are available. Extensive information material about Dresden and the surrounding area is intended to give our guests suggestions for their time in Dresden. The kitchen is for self catering with crockery, cutlery some spices, ceran hob fridge with freezer, microwave with grill, coffee maker, water cooker and toaster. In the cozy seating corner you can start the day, or end the evening with a glass of wine. Outdoor seating with barbecue is available to our guests. Bed linen, towels and kitchen towels provided. PKW can be parked nearby our property free of charge. Our house was built in 1936 and acquired by us in 1996 and extensively renovated and expanded.

Hervorragend Die Wohnung ist sehr schön eingerichtet, die Betten sehr gut, in der Küche alles was man braucht, der Fernseher besser als zu Hause und auch sonst ist alles sehr bequem. Trotz Lage an einer Strasse sehr ruhig und ein kleiner, hübscher Gartensitzplatz ist auch vorhanden. Wir waren rundum zufrieden.

Wir sind zufrieden gewesen.
Sehr saubere Ferienwohnung, kleiner Garten kann mitbenutzt werden. Leider liegt das Haus an einer grossen Strasse, das Schlafzimmer zum Glück zum Garten. Anbindung an die Stadt Verkehsmittel sehr gut. Dresden bezaubert als grüne Stadt.
