Stay on a floating oasis near Stocking Island, Exuma — where your accommodations are part of the adventure. Moored in a scenic lagoon just a short paddle from the lively Chat ‘N’ Chill beach bar, you’re close to the action but surrounded by serenity. When you’re ready to unwind, quiet, secluded beaches are just moments away. Snorkel in crystal-clear waters, paddle with sea turtles, or simply soak in the beauty all around you from your private rooftop lounge. It’s the perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. Other things to note: the house boat stays securely on a private mooring and doesn’t move. It comes with a paddle board and a kayak to get to shore nearby. We offer an upgrade to our Boston Whaler (prior boating experience required)- just send us a message. Tip: plan your flights to arrive and depart during daylight, call ahead to book your ride or airport pickup in advance. We recommend Jamal for both! This was our second trip to Exuma. Our first trip was last year and we stayed on a smaller sailboat. This was much nicer and more comfortable.The bedding was nice, kitchen was very well equipped, and the amenities were great. We never ran out of water. The solar panels provided enough electricity for 95% of the stay. We only had to use the generator once for about 30 minutes. The location was perfect on stocking Island. We were within minutes to pretty much anywhere we wanted to go with the boat that was included with the rental. We upgraded from the standard dinghy to the Boston Whaler and it was well worth the upgrade. it was nice and quiet back in the hole and the wind wasn’t too bad being sheltered by land and other boats. We saw turtles every day. We took advantage of the upper deck and sat out under the stars each night. I would highly recommend this property and we will be booking there again next year. Our hostess was very responsive and helpful and returned my texts quickly.
