Had a comfortable bed and good sleep in a quiet room, delicious & non-greasy breakfast, smiling, friendly and helpful customer service. Closest distance to walk to both the White Cliffs of Dover and Dover Castle. All at a good price too. Thank you!

While our room was decent, our overall stay was terrible. We stayed with two young children with an early ferry in the morning. All night we heard loud banging and sounds from the room that was above us. This woke my children up. When we spoke with the front desk at 2:00am they said it ‘was just a Friday night and people were returning from the pub’. The sounds in the room above us were all night. This was an absolutely terrible stay with staff that seemingly didn’t care that someone in other room was being loud and keeping other guests awake.

Wir hatten ein Meal Deal und haben es im angeschlossen Lokal eingenommen. Der Service dort war grottenschlecht inklusive das Essen. Der Burger war kalt und die Rechnung war falsch. Sie war um dreißig Prozent zu hoch. Man musste mehrmals darauf hinweisen.
