Check in was smooth. Room was a bit dirty. Found eating on counter. Dehumidifier was full. Asked to be emptied. Never happened. We stayed two nights. Bed wasn’t that comfortable. Conveniently located to Delaware turf complex. We left our flat iron in the room and the front desk called after checkout and ask about it. That was super nice.

This hotel was clean and friendly. It was an older hotel that they were trying to update. The lady at the front desk was very kind and accommodating. The pool was a plus.

The room was clean but there was a lightbulb that was out in the bathroom and the faucet leaked somewhat. The staff was great but I didn't rate them as Excellent because there was a car parked in the drop-off area for almost 24 hours. When I spoke with the manager (Yogin) she said it was her car and she left it there because it was raining. It only rained for about an hour and I am sure that this would not be allowed by a guest. I thought it was unprofessional of a hotel employee.

Great hotel at affordable price! Clean rooms, good breakfast. They do have a very strict pool policy, only registered guests may use the pool. You have to sign folks in at the front desk in order to swim. So if you are visiting cousins / grandkids and hoping to invite them for a swim, think again...

Frayed wire. Missing handle on closet door. Light switch in bathroom only works with very loud fan. When we arrived after booking on line they were putting a roof on the building. Very loud until 6 pm. Breakfast was fair.
